This works well in the company
The office was nice, with desks that you can higher and lower. Salaries were okay, but not always paid in notice periods

This works well in the company
The company has a nice office and location in Zug, Switzerland. Its hard to say what works well, since the top (management) is not working, then it spreads down the company. There are many great people working in the swiss office, wonderful people, who deserve to shine and grow. But most importantly, deserve to be treated with respect and not as children.
This could be improved
The improvement area is to have different leaders of the swiss branch, before its to late. Treatment of employees from the leadership is not humane, this needs to be looked at and changed if people should make it there. If the top and core "heart" of the company is not healthy then its hard to have the lower functions work.
