Dans le cadre de sa mission et des principes de responsabilité d’entreprise, la BCV soutient plus de 850 associations et événements à vocation sportive, culturelle et sociale. En 2023, elle a versé l'équivalent de 654 francs par ménage vaudois en dividende et impôts au Canton et aux Communes. En tant que banque universelle, elle recense près d’une centaine de métiers. Elle regroupe tant les activités du conseil aux particuliers et aux entreprises que l’Asset Management, le Trade Finance et les métiers de support nécessitant des compétences de gestion de projets et d’informatique. La prise de décision s’y fait localement sous la responsabilité d’une équipe dirigeante proche des collaboratrices et collaborateurs.

Against a restated 2019 baseline, we are targeting to reduce our Scope 1, 2 and 3 industrial emissions by 15% by the end of 2026, 25% by the end of 2030, 50% by the end of 2035 and we have an ambition to achieve net zero industrial emissions by the end of 2050, subject to a supportive policy environment.
