Neben dem traditionellen Geschäft setzt die Bank in jüngster Zeit auch stärker auf die Digitalisierung der Tätigkeiten und wird so auch für Kunden ausserhalb der Region zu einem attraktiven Finanzpartner. Die Dynamik des Unternehmens spiegelt sich auch in der Anzahl der Mitarbeitenden, die in letzter Zeit deutlich angestiegen ist: Rund 370 Menschen aus 22 Nationen arbeiten für die Bank. Angeboten werden sämtliche Tätigkeiten im Bankgeschäft. Hypothekarkredite gehören nach wie vor zur Kernkompetenz. Aber auch das Anlagegeschäft, Dienstleistungen für KMU sowie Beratungen im Bereich Vorsorge & Erbschaften, Steuern und der Zahlungsverkehr sind wichtige Standbeine. Die Bank legt Wert auf ihre Unabhängigkeit. Diese gründet ganz wesentlich auf der eigenen Abwicklungsplattform Finstar. Die Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG hat diese Bankensoftware mit Anbindung an ein eigenes Rechenzentrum selbständig entwickelt. Sie vertreibt diese erfolgreich an andere Regional- und Privatbanken. Acht Partnerinstitute nutzen heute Finstar für die Abwicklung ihrer Geschäftstransaktionen. So stellt auch dieser Geschäftsbereich mit den zugehörigen Vertriebs-, Unterhalts- und Weiterentwicklungsaktivitäten ein wichtiges Standbein des Unternehmens dar.
