Umamido is a ramen shop. We mainly serve wheat noodles, still slightly firm, in homemade broths with a thousand flavours. Here, you won't find a menu with 100 different dishes, we prefer to focus on one thing and do it well. Umamido is a sweet blend of Japanese flavours with a local touch. You may be wondering what we're defending? Our name says it all: Umamido is "the way to the tasty". Flavours, taste, such is our philosophy, our religion, our way of life. We start by selecting exceptional Japanese and local ingredients in order to prepare the most nutritious, healthy and, above all, tastiest food.
