Working at Paprec was great and I can only rate this experience positively. I was particularly impressed by the supportive working environment, which is characterized by open communication and a flat hierarchy. Supervisors always made an effort to promote individual strengths and regularly offered training and development opportunities. This gave me the chance to develop both professionally and personally.

The company attaches great importance to innovation and teamwork, which is reflected in the successful implementation of several exciting projects in which I was involved. The collaboration with my colleagues was always professional, but also characterized by a friendly atmosphere.
