Perfect place as a spring board to other companies in the financial sector in Switzerland as they struggle to retain good talent and have a low barrier to entry. (Just don’t stick around too long so your knowledge and skills don’t get out of date) The stock incentive plan is a good supplement specially if the shares go up after you receive them. Otherwise expect you lose all the shares once you leave the company if you work for other financial companies or maybe just don’t tell them - wink wink ;) Good opportunity to get starter experience and qualifications. Not really suitable for anyone with serious experience but you can judge for yourself.
