I was allowed to get to know Roger Germ as a contact person for an advertised position. In a first personal interview, the person, expectations and skills were reviewed and the position including requirements were presented. Between the interviews, communication was open and constructive and the next steps were discussed. In the end, the above-mentioned position was given to another candidate, but the contact and interest in my person remained on the part of Roger Germ. Roger Germ continued to support me. For example in updating and designing my CV and with advice. Because Roger Germ became familiar with my person, he was able to help me with the further job search and I found a suitable job. Roger Germ convinces with his open and trustworthy manner, his knowledge of the industry and his professional approach to job seekers and companies. Anytime again.

From my point of view I see no reason for Roger Germ to improve.
