Es scheint mir ein gutes Team zu sein, dass unter den gegebenen Bedingungen sehr gut arbeitet. Die Prozesse und Abläufe, in die ich Einblick hatte, müssen aber dringend von Grund auf verbessert/verändert werden.

Der Umgang weiteren Fragen der Kandidaten bzw. mit der Absage von einem Kandidaten aus kann stark verbessert werden. Ich hatte nach dem Gespräch noch Detailfragen, auf die man aber nicht genau eingehen konnte. Viel wichtiger schien mir, ob ich nun endlich zusage und als ich dann deswegen abgesagt habe, wurde direkt das Tel. aufgelegt.

The interview was very informal and I got a very good overview of the company in a short time. It makes the impression that the length of service in the AD is very long (many long-term employees). Unfortunately, by mutual agreement, we had to refrain from hiring me because my know-how in AD is still too low. The employment conditions are very attractive and expenses as well as a vehicle for private use are standard. According to my understanding, one is quasi an independent entrepreneur in the company. Great +, Swiss company in family hands!
