There's plenty of work and the industry has great potential, which is also evident from the customer orders. That motivates us all even more and it's nice to see how we're getting on. I enjoy working in a team and the atmosphere among the employees is good.

There is room for improvement here and there - it's good that the management is always trying to find a solution. Communication could be better.
