Great team cohesion. Target-oriented, sympathetic management that always has an open ear. Top team leader who pushed me when things weren't going so well but never put me under unnecessary pressure. Laughing and sometimes having fun is also part of it. If I hadn't moved back to Germany, I would certainly have remained part of the Glimex family for many years to come.

Due to the Corona situation it was a bit chaotic, especially at the beginning, but this circumstance is also due to the BAG. The changeover to digital consulting was also a challenge at the beginning, which was mastered in the end. Unfortunately, we were not able to participate in team trips this year. In 2019, we were in the Black Forest and in Istanbul.
