Unfortunately the office was a catastrophe in the summer 32°C without air conditioning or ventilation. No opportunities for advancement, Very low wage without the chance of a wage increase => this was the reason for dismissal. Employee with almost 30 earns about the same as a KV trainee!

The working conditions of the workers in the camp are very poor. Working overtime every day is taken for granted, so tired after work that the family gets a raw deal. For this you are "almost" forced to work six days a week. The salary is in the minimum range one is not sufficiently compensated.
