Hire and fire. High turnover. Lots of new staff. New nursing supervisor. Staff management with no experience. Pleasant customers. Great co-workers. Day to day good. Application process was great. Friendly and positive, but inexperienced. Both Siloah supervisors were suddenly gone after 2 months. Too bad. The new nursing supervisor terminated me without me ever dealing with her. That's tough. What can long-term care at Siloah Clinic do better? Nurture the in-house staff, not just new employees. Listen to concerns of individual employees. My supervisor could do a better job of de-emphasizing himself and delegating tasks, then his work would be much better.
