The values of Raiffeisen Switzerland should be better practiced. Training does not take place. Supervisors have no leadership skills, there is no team spirit and there is a constant push for personal turnover. All in all, I can really only advise "hands off".

The entire application process was exemplary. My concerns were taken seriously and I felt valued throughout the entire application process. The short response time and flexibility on the part of Raiffeisen Immomakler deserve special mention. Thanks to a structured induction program, I knew exactly what to expect before my first day at work. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Everything went as planned. I can't think of any suggestions for improvement.

Wages are paid on time and that was all

Everywhere. Communication and appreciation are non-existent. Agreements are not kept.

Unfortunately, absolutely unprofessional. Starting with the first interview, the first negotiations and the contracts. You have no real idea of what is required. Unfortunately, no one knows about training here. Hands off.
