The company is growing and has great potential for the future. For such a young company things are really going well.
In future, job interviews should describe the job, remuneration and situation exactly as it really is.

Thank you very much for the feedback. The recruitment process has been continuously adapted over the last two years. This includes structured questions adapted to the vacancy. The points of salary, mutual expectations, general situation, team constellation, etc. are addressed.

Unfortunately, there is nothing positive to mention. Hands off so the experience remains positive
Unfortunately, absolutely unprofessional. Starting with the first interview, the first negotiations and the contracts. You have no real idea of what is required. Unfortunately, no one knows about training here. Hands off.

Thank you very much for the feedback. The recruitment process has been continuously adapted over the last two years. This includes structured questions adapted to the vacancy. The points of salary, mutual expectations, general situation, team constellation, etc. are addressed. The onboarding process has been redefined since January 2023. All employees complete at least two days of various training blocks in the first four weeks - tailored to the respective function.

Unfortunately, not very much. A lot of hot air and empty promises.
The values of Raiffeisen Switzerland should be better practiced. Training does not take place. Supervisors have no leadership skills, there is no team spirit and there is a constant push for personal turnover. All in all, I can really only advise "hands off".
