VSZ is a very good employer. Constantly new challenges, there is no fear of change and the desire to grow is always given. Equality... this question never needs to be asked. We work together as teams and everyone is allowed to share. Thus, the opportunities for advancement are also given to everyone. Young team, collegial employees, training opportunities, great events and flexible working hours. The personal training and further education and professional development of the employees is very much supported by VSZ. The new offices are very inviting and of a high standard. The office is very well connected, whether by car or public transport. In general, it's just a great company that gives you great opportunities.

There is certainly room for improvement in the orderliness of the staff.

The VSZ management is very competent, even if they are mainly very young personalities. The trick is probably that everyone absolutely shines in their fields of competence and they complete each other. Also on the humanity side, there are very capable personalities at every career level who can not only identify problems at the root, but also address those very problems effectively and solution oriented. Of course, most of it is about making money! But it is the type of business that is most successful in the free market economy. Whoever performs, earns more. So you can get under pressure. But as already mentioned, thanks to business and human skills at every level, you can also find support.

Of course mistakes are made. The frequent interruptions in the trainings, need improvement and I don't mean the smoking breaks. :) However, one always finds an open ear for any concerns. Of course, the infrastructure and IT structure is not always efficient and effective, but that is to be expected in brand new modern office complexes.

Niergends TOP continue to remain so and also witer hi every employee as now treat as colleagues moderately. Honestly, I have never seen such a manager as in VSZ.

In Kloten Balsberg the company is in beautiful offices and one feels well, because also the Kilma is correct and notices everyone of the VSZ is highly motivated.

Since the company VSZ makes a very professional training for advanced and beginners and is super organized I see no potential for improvement.
