The training from lateral entry to financial advisor IAF is very professionally structured. The managers are very close to the staff. Great working atmosphere, beautiful office space, modern and representative. Very generous remuneration system.

Basically, I don't see any potential for improvement, as all processes are running correctly.

Despite the performance job, I have flexibility in my daily life and can juggle private and business appointments well. I was paid for further training and had the opportunity to study for it during working hours. The coolest thing is that all appointments are given to us by the company, I don't do any canvassing and can focus 100% on consulting.

The initial training was a challenge for me as a career changer. Thanks to the coaching and support I received internally, I was able to quickly acquire the knowledge and attend the first appointments.

What impressed me personally very much is that always first of all the person is in the foreground! If you make an effort to be reliable and do your job conscientiously you always have a safe place even during lock down I never have to worry. But the best thing is that I can get up every morning and be happy to start a new exciting day in Pegasos Finance!

At the beginning, the start was a huge challenge for me, but thanks to the great training and the constant coaching from the team leader, I was able to improve and develop over the years. I am glad for this great experience and hope for many more years!

I am completely satisfied with my employer. I absolutely cannot share the opinion of previous reviews. I have rarely had such a high level of flexibility at work.

Basically, I don't have any points that need to be improved. As an employee, you just adapt to the given environment, but this is explained to you in detail beforehand. If you don't see yourself in this industry, you should leave it alone.

At the beginning a lot (especially the employees), meanwhile unfortunately nothing more. I am very disappointed in the way superiors deal with internal problems (people close to me are given preference), I will change employers.

Definitely the growth! Through the competence and the individual personalities, we have great opportunities to provide each other with total support, which drives us as a whole Pegasos team rapidly forward and we are constantly growing. The management is always trying to find a solution for every issue and to satisfy employees as well as customers through qualitative approach.

As an employee 30+, I have already had the opportunity to work in a few companies. Pegasos Finance is the employer that opened new doors for me, but also allowed me to completely redevelop my personality. I have been with the company for almost two and a half years and I am looking forward to more pleasant years at Pegasos.
