Since I am doing my apprenticeship at IGP, I can only report from this perspective. 2-3 events during the year for the apprentices, where they can do an activity together and thus maintain contact. E.g. bowling, climbing, going out to eat,.... The learners are specially supported, also with various projects. This is a good thing, but you should make sure that it is not too much for the students.

Igp is a very good company, social benefits are very good, you have 28 days of vacation and if you do not have shifts, you also have flexible working hours. Wage is always on time on the account.

As a shift worker you do not reach the target working time and go every day in the minus. That means you work all day and make minus!

Good working atmosphere in the team and also across departments / superiors have confidence in the work of me and encourage this - independent thinking, action is required and desired

Better cooperation between the departments would be ideal - currently it is already good and going in the right direction. However, it is important to exchange more & understand the tasks of the other departments so that you can optimize your part with your work.

After 3 months at IGP, I can say that the positive impression I had of the company has been confirmed. It is a medium-sized company with very professional structures, tools, communication (e.g. via intranet), etc.. I was also impressed by the cleanliness in all areas. They place a lot of emphasis on employee identification with the company and try to achieve this through various social benefits, employee celebrations and other measures. Anyone looking for an employee who appreciates the advantages of a medium-sized company is in good hands here.

As in every company, there is potential for improvement. Change processes in a medium-sized company are always a special challenge. This is certainly also true for IGP.

I've been at IGP for a few years now and I'm still very satisfied. IGP is certainly challenging and nothing "to rest on" but very exciting and instructive.

IGP is constantly striving to develop further. This means that identified weaknesses are proactively addressed.

IGP Pulvertechnik AG has a very strong corporate culture, which is also lived. The employee is in the focus! --> Here, suggestions that serve the improvement process are also perceived. Induction phase top top top! --> You don't just get to know the department, but the whole company.

I can't find anything that I would do differently. Very professional appearance, from the application process to the induction phase.
