Order processing, communication with customers are exemplary. The place of work and the premises as well as the infrastructure are very good.

Wide range of customers. Flexible and dynamic approach. Exemplary cooperation between BUs - sites - teams. Collegial management style. BU manager and HR are very close to the employee. And last but not least: Great company events and Christmas parties!

As a mother, I extremely appreciate Axians' flexibility. This allows me to have a very good work-life balance. In addition, the home office options are excellent in my field. Although Axians operates in a technical field, I feel very welcome as a woman and am always well supported by my colleagues. Thank you for that!
