Letting employees live. If the management only favors its loved ones, it can never work. Unnecessary hiring of employees who have nothing at all to do with their industry Are fed through. Well also tried to communicate with top management but no reaction. The subsidiary company has had many voluntary departures in the last 2 years. For a long time nothing happens, no answer / feedback on application. Then out of the blue a 0815 rejection with spelling mistakes. Question in HR about the real reasons was never answered - it seems that they only advertised pro forma.
