This works well in the company

The agency team is very nice. They communicate in a very polite, but clear way. I worked for them for a few promotions and it was always very good organized. The owner is often there, during the promotion and attends briefings etc.

This could be improved

Nothing at the moment :-) I like to work for them very much.
