Great corporate culture (Raiffeisen Switzerland), where cooperative and objective collaboration is possible very quickly. Many employees quickly get to grips with new colleagues and integrate them into projects and/or standard work processes.

The leadership culture in the team depends heavily on which area or even which department you work in. At my place, this was unfortunately very underdeveloped and was given extremely low priority over sales figures. There was a strong feeling in the team that we, as experts with many years of experience in the field, were only sales resources. People themselves were not valued or seen as having potential and strengths. Addressing this point did not trigger any change. I have heard from conversations with other teams that the experience can be completely different and much more positive. I think it is important as an applicant to know for yourself what is important to you when working together. And during the recruitment process, it's good to ask how the team works together and what specific expectations colleagues and superiors have.

Due to frequent small internal reorganisations, well-being can vary greatly and many group or department managers unfortunately do not have a management culture and the technical level of knowledge is sometimes very outdated and not always up-to-date.
