The exchange with customers and other business partners is very exciting and you directly manage your own customers or you can build up your customer book. There are no limits to the solutions for clients, which leads to a situation where you are fully on the client's side. The team grows quickly and the working atmosphere is cheerful and focused.

Corefinanz has been on the market for 3 years. The processes are defined and the company takes structure. The agile decisions are important due to the age of the company and you have to get used to it when you come from a big company. This also offers a lot of room for freedom.
