A lot of possibility to implement things yourself. Young and dynamic team, very good team spririt. You own projects end-to-end and the company puts a lot of trust in you and gives you a lot of responsibilty.

No A/C in the office. Some structures still in the making. But this gives opportunities for every employee to show initiative and change things.

Die Arbeit bei Kollabo ist super. Es macht grossen Spass in einem Start Up zu arbeiten und die Möglichkeit haben, bei vielen Entscheidungen mitwirken zu können. Des Weiteren ist der Umgang im Team sehr familiär und alle ziehen am gleichen Strang, was extrem motivierend wirkt. Obwohl der Anfang, wie es in einem Start Up üblich ist, mit viel Arbeit verbunden war, ist es sehr schön zu sehen was Kollabo in dieser Zeit erreicht hat und wo wir jetzt stehen.

Wir sind stetig dran unsere Prozesse und Abläufe zu optimieren/verbessern, was dank der einfachen Hierarchie sehr gut funktioniert. Aus diesem Grund sehe ich keine direkten Verbesserungsvorschläge.
