Great LM team, but mercilessly exploited by employer

- The LM team is young and dynamic. Very committed and motivated. - The employer, on the other hand, likes to drag the best employees into a bad job. Lights. - No payment of overtime hours despite verbal agreement. - A sinking ship, which is kept alive by the employer through the Exploitation of Floor/LM employees. Conclusion: Young students keep the shop running, the bosses don't appreciate it. Suggestions for improvement: - Would the employer once a month only briefly shake the hand of each employee? and say hello, every employee would feel the presence. - Strengthen the back of the LM team, not ram the knife in the back. - Personnel Management Course (How to manage your personnel). - Search for innovation through new/different ways.
