The company is undergoing major changes and you can tell from week to week that things are moving forward and getting better. The supervisors take their time and have an open ear. The workplace in the ski area is very beautiful and varied. The free ski pass is also a great perk of the job.

The company is very young in its current form. The merger a few years ago created a competitive ski resort and an attractive employer of a good size. There is certainly still room for improvement here - the corporate culture and management styles are not yet the same throughout the company. This leads to misunderstandings from time to time.
