A lot has changed in the last two years and you can see that a lot is happening and that a new wind is blowing. Many weak points have been identified and actively tackled. The management, and above all my boss, seeks the input of the employees and motivates them to openly communicate suggestions and criticism at the same time. The hierarchies are therefore very flat. This is no longer comparable to a few years ago and the new, young managers have a big drive on it. Those who want can achieve a lot and are encouraged to do so. Lanz covers the full costs of training and further education and thus invests a great deal in committed employees. I look very motivated into the future and am glad that changes have taken place.
