A very interesting, innovative company with a very pleasant and future-oriented corporate culture. As an employee, you are valued and you can actually make a difference. It is nice to know that you are doing something good for people, animals and nature with your work!

Due to the fact that it is a young, very innovative company which offers with its products new possibilities in the reduction of pollutant gases and other undesirable effects in agriculture, the one or other growth-related challenges can arise which are, however, negligible overall.

Many promises, but unfortunately only a very small fraction of them were and/or can be kept at all.

The idea and philosophy behind the products would be very good. But unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the management of the company and the way it treats its employees. Actually, it would be fun to work for a good cause. But if the communication from the superiors is very incomplete and unclear, then it becomes difficult. Unfortunately, I very often had the impression that there was no plan and that a lot of things went very "rudderless" and incorrectly. Too bad!
