Life is only based on the duty roster. There are constant changes in the work schedule so that you can rarely keep private appointments. If you want to have certain days off, these are also counted as absences, even if you have your days off. It happens again and again that you have to work 6 days and only have one day off. More free time, better pay, then the work would be quite ok. From the outside, the image is still very bad. At Securitas work very nice people, unfortunately, they are exploited for maximum profit. Accept any order at any price, in every department there is a shortage of staff.

Unfortunately, not much. At the beginning you have a basic training in theory where is not so bad. But has improvement potential.

Very unserious, poorly trained. They put employees in places where you really should have security like consulate... but they are not trained for an emergency. They whine about lack of staff but scare away the employees. No wonder. Inquiries from the employees by e-mail are also answered. Communication is very poor, arbitrary planning and every weekend planned. The pay is very poor in this industry for the risks you have to take.

Good introductory training, great camaraderie, good team spirit, employees are given a great deal of personal responsibility.

Salary rather low, but Securitas is also in a big competitive situation

Diversified and varied tasks, one can also change to other fields of activity and work flexibly. Besides, I am lucky to have a good boss who supports me.

The employment conditions are no longer up to date. The compensation is below average and 20 vacation days is also a minus point for a large company.
