Despite the challenges mentioned, the team spirit among the employees was good. Everyone is in the same boat and supports each other to overcome the daily hurdles. This team spirit creates a positive working atmosphere, as everyone works together to overcome the difficult situation and help each other.

Based on my personal work experience at STALDER, I would not recommend working here. The management has no sound training in the relevant areas and usually makes decisions at its own discretion without following a clear strategy or line. This makes your own work more difficult and makes it difficult to benefit from the job. The actions of managers are characterized by self-interest, without regard for the long-term direction or planning of the company. There is often a lack of support when help is needed, which leads to a poor working atmosphere. Projects are often started without proper planning and there is a lack of coordination during implementation. The inability to plan and implement projects in a structured manner leads to delays and inefficient use of resources. The company has a negative reputation in the market, which is reflected in the cooperation with external partners and the daily work. Overall, I would advise against joining this company as it can have a negative impact on your career and professional reputation in the long term.
