I don't think there is anything in this company that can be seen as positive! There is a very continuous and fast turnover of staff precisely because it is such a bad place to work!

In my opinion in this company I have to learn to recognize the staff as HUMAN BEINGS!

Fast application process with good handling (short feedback times). Good induction program. Due to short decision paths, things can be tackled quickly, e.g. when developing new packaging solutions, it is possible to react quickly to customer enquiries. Individual initiative and responsible action is required. There is an open and respectful working atmosphere.

Continue to promote communication within and between departments, keyword "Thinking Environment" (regular exchange of knowledge, everyone has their say in the meeting). Continue to promote an open feedback culture and diversity. Respectful interaction with different opinions and cultures. Continue to promote the strategic orientation of the company, e.g. through quarterly core meetings (innovations, target orientation, presentation of new products/projects).

Organization is supper! Friendly employees and good connection between employees and management.
