A perfect example of how theory and practice are far removed from each other. The philosophy of equal treatment regardless of employment is also rather theoretical in nature. Duties are very high and employees' rights are rather low.
The opportunity to develop further within the company is often and gladly promised, but not put into practice. For example, when a new area of responsibility is acquired, employees are allowed to wait forever for the statutory contract adjustment. Not to mention the resulting pay rise.
Furthermore, cleaning staff are not employed for cost reasons. The receptionists are allowed to carry out this cleaning work in addition to their other duties without receiving a corresponding wage supplement.
What a shame, it would actually be a top company.
