It's fun working at eyevip. The tasks are varied and generally there is a lot of trust in the employees right from the start. The communication, the cohesion and the mood in the team couldn't be better. Communication is always at eye level, even with the bosses. The application process was fair and transparent, I always received feedback quickly. Here, too, the communication was flawless.

Not really in need of improvement, but perhaps as a note: You are sitting in a small open-plan office (which is normal in the industry and for start-ups). But since it is a small team, it is not loud and you can work in peace.
