In my last job, there were some challenges that affected the working environment. The workflow was often unclear and led to confusion and inefficiency. Hurtful statements from the management had a significant impact on the working atmosphere. Many resignations and a high turnover of staff made teamwork and continuity difficult. Overtime was also frequent, which led to an unhealthy work-life balance.

It is a great pleasure to work for isenzio AG. The whole company is very modern. Every employee has his/her own MacBook to work with.
