Really fast application process. Started a few months ago and can't complain about anything. Many processes and documentation in general that each new employee has to read through in the onboarding time, which helps very much to incorporate in a short period of time.

I started at Numbrs a few months ago. I really like the fact that they cultivate their corporate culture and invest in their employees.

I applied 2 weeks ago and after 2 days I already received an invitation to an assessment center. I spent the whole day in Numbrs' office and had to solve various tasks. The office was impressive, with its own fitness studio, free food for the staff. After the assessment day I immediately got an acceptance and start in July.

So far everything has been extremely positive, so there are no suggestions for improvement.

The application process can be optimised. Receiving an invitation to the intelligence test after the rejection does not make a professional impression. In the first step, the selection process is based purely on an online-based intelligence test (assignment of images, image sequences). Contact persons for queries or direct feedback are not available. I hope that the company only appears impersonal and somewhat arrogant to the outside world.

The atmosphere is direct and friendly. No place for lightheaded persons or creative hot-air artists. We work focused - this is the way of success. Every employee of this company is highly motivated and passionate about technology and financial future.

You will go through nice skill assessments during the interviews, everybody will be very friendly. The location is convenient and the office is very nice (although the clean desk policy is very... strict). Then the nightmare begins, the only interactions you have are with Jira tickets, the management is not listening to anything, there is no direction whatsoever for the product, the boss spends his time flipping one one side then the other. This is also a family business, so people are not necessarily where they should be, according to their competences... I was pretty hyped when I started, the other engineers there are brilliant... But the bad management and the lack of direction will surely constitute the downfall of this company... I'll get out as soon as I find another job...
