Very fast response time during the application process. In just 6 weeks I was able to I went through 3 interviews and successfully started work. Professional, motivated working atmosphere. Exciting challenges in daily business and in the implementation of innovative projects. Highest level of expertise in the production of plastic parts in the clean room.

Sustainability: No solar installation yet despite large roof areas

I really enjoyed the temporary position. I really enjoyed the work and was able to gain new experiences. The support from the bosses, who were always helpful and friendly, is particularly positive. They made sure that I was well integrated and felt comfortable. The management also did an excellent job by creating clear structures and promoting a pleasant working atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would be happy to recommend it to others.

I didn't notice anything during my temporary position.

I found the working atmosphere and team spirit good, I was welcomed into the team and always felt comfortable. When I had questions, they helped me and I was given direct instructions at the beginning. I had the feeling that the bosses were interested in me and that I wasn't just a number like in other companies.

I think it would be nice if there were more employee events or celebrations and if the hierarchies were flatter.

Many longstanding employees, you know the people and it's fun to put something together. Of course things don't always go according to plan, but the team makes work a lot more enjoyable. The management is also interested in promoting those employees who are able and willing.

Use more new technologies, much is still paper-based.

The collaboration was consistently positive and productive. Very varied and interesting work. Thanks to the connection to the Group, new technologies can be used that would otherwise never be possible in a small company for cost reasons... that was very cool!

Certain processes are slowed down by the Group, but I think that's normal for such large companies.

Not much, but the coffee is going well and the machines are well frequented.

Cannot recommend this company, it lacks everything, especially managers who know their trade. This includes the management in particular.
