This works well in the company
The company tries to break new ground. It is aware of its size, but still has a great, family-like atmosphere at its regional locations.

At Meier Tobler, nothing is more constant than change. Start here and don't forget to take all employees with you on the journey.

Except for the job description, I couldn't see anything positive. Confirm the other comments as well.

Feedback is the least you should send to an applicant. A lot to do with decency, too. It should always be clear to a company that an applicant could one day be a customer. Well, how the story's gonna go on can be self-rhyming.

Everything was better before the merger. By adjusting the wage system, disadvantage for the field service. You can either sign or you have to go. Many have gone to different places after more than 15 YEARS! Very sad, you don't care about the working climate. Just sad and pitiful.

The management team has to listen to what the end customers think of us and where there is a need for improvement.

This works well in the company
Every merger takes place in stages. Employees who have been around for a long time have trouble adapting or changing. The company cultivates a healthy vision and manages to motivate its employees again and again. Performance top, Feedback top, Performance bad, Feedback bad. It's simple. I never had a better employer and would always go back to that at the right position.

The management did not get enough feedback from the experienced. With the last restructuring of the squad, a lot of good things were lost. Unfortunately one did not wait the 2 years after fusion to be able to draw a pausible conclusion. EBIT says nothing about success. Every investment needs time to break-even, only the "Rock the Boiler" festival was a mammoth investment.

A lot of things have gone wrong since the merger. Smaller team formations, not working together, but against each other. Inexperienced superiors. Empty promises. Too large and different product ranges. Difficult start for new employees. Insufficient internal training. Employees are not promoted. High demands, no quid pro quo. Constantly tight budgets. Pay rise was never an issue. The working climate is not right at the moment.

Lack of communication, empty promises

- Employers demand more and more - you get stalled - empty promises - the same rules do not apply to all employees (certain employees are preferred)
