I really like working at eye level and treating each other with respect.

The working atmosphere is great and I enjoy coming every day. The job is very versatile and I have NEVER been bored.

Nothing, not even the paycheck at the end of the month. . .

In every department, whether executive floor, office and especially in the warehouse master. It's not a team but a bunch of people like in the whole area. Wages are below the subsistence minimum, bonuses are not enough to live on. Sanitary facilities 1900 years and also the changing rooms. Vehicle maintenance is a big question mark. Storage work is only in the open at the lowest auxiliary work. There is not even znüni break at 9 hours must.

Thanks to the opportunity I got at Oeko-Service Schweiz AG, I was able to gain a foothold again and now have a permanent job.
