In terms of potential for improvement, I see room for more systematic training during the onboarding process. In addition, the use of technologies to optimize internal communication could be evaluated. Otherwise, I have nothing to criticize.

Novobit is a medium-sized company with a very good working atmosphere. Due to the size of the company, there is a very strong sense of togetherness. I also think it's excellent that we as employees get to see all facets of the company. The efficient, transparent communication allows me to be involved in my role as well as see the impact of my work on other areas and the company as a whole. This strengthens my commitment and understanding of our business processes. You also like the fact that I gain very inernational experience here: I am in contact with the company's own production in China as well as with international customers.

Small, compact, international team in flat structures with good interaction with each other. The company is successful in the market and uses its success factors skilfully. It is fun to be part of it.

A constant process, like everywhere. Those who do not improve will not stand still for long, let alone move forward.
