Great team with a good mix from young to experienced with a very good atmosphere. The offices are attractive and modern, which makes you feel comfortable. Flexible working hours that suit everyone. The company offers opportunities for further development and active involvement in the company.

As with many employers, internal communication can always be improved.

I appreciate the informal and direct interaction with employees as well as the open and friendly working atmosphere. I particularly like the opportunity to do fire department work during working hours and to leave the workplace in an emergency, which shows the employer's commitment to social responsibility. The regular team outings and departmental events strengthen team spirit and enable colleagues to get to know each other better. I also really appreciate the fact that we have flexible working hours so that I can balance work and family perfectly. This flexibility makes it much easier to combine work and private life and increases my quality of life.

However, the substitution arrangements could be improved. Due to temporary staff shortages, the solution is not always optimal.
