Frequent change of supervisor. Free parking spaces. IT support is very fast and good. The workplace is easily accessible by public transportation.

More transparent and human communication would be desirable. The behavior of line managers is highly individual. There are managers who do not actively confront difficult situations or conflicts in the team and tend to pass responsibility back to employees instead of bringing about solutions. It is particularly challenging when employees repeatedly cause unrest in the team without any clarification or personal discussion on the part of management - even if this puts a strain on the entire team.

Good wages, good food options, recreational opportunities, fitness center, shopping, etc.

Generally low appreciation of the employees. Too much fluctuation leads to the fact that the quality of the delivered work remains in the lower level. Poor induction, people are usually taught on the job. Novartis is very persistent in its cost-cutting policy, even though it has a very good turnover. It saves on staff, which means that more work is distributed to fewer people, which in turn leads to a poor work-life balance. Sometimes you have to work until late at night and over the weekend to keep the timelines. But nobody cares about that, only results count. In some cases, jobs are given to less suitable employees, because many things are done through acquaintances. This is then justified with the magic word "networking". These less suitable employees then also make wrong decisions more often. Talking a lot, showing oneself intelligent and putting oneself in the foreground is sometimes more important than hard and good work that one does in secret if one wants to get ahead in the company.
