For example, we recently had a case where an employee apparently told a manager at another branch that he was on holiday next week. When he did not appear at the scene and the employee was asked by telephone, he was in Tenerife. Of course, it doesn't work that way. So that we can respond to all the wishes of the employee as far as possible, the employee must also adhere to the defined procedures and processes.
