Besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Schön, dass Sie positiv auf die DARU-WACHE AG zurückblicken, auch wenn Sie aktuell in einer anderen Firma in Ihrem angestammten Berufsfeld arbeiten. Wie Sie korrekterweise schreiben, bildet der GAV-Lohn die Basis. Wenn Mitarbeiter gut arbeiten und sich einsetzen, erhalten sie auch einen „Zustupf“ aus unserem Spontanprämientopf. Mit dem System der Spontanprämien können wir individuelle Leistungen auch entsprechend honorieren. Bezüglich der Kommunikation hat sich nicht viel verändert. Diese erfolgte früher schon per Telefon oder per E-Mail, was die Einsatzpläne betrifft. Da wir eine offene Kommunikationskultur pflegen haben die Informationen an die Mitarbeitenden zugenommen. Dass diese bei einem 7/24 h Betreib nicht immer persönlich durch den Chef erfolgt, sondern mit den heutigen elektronischen Mittel, ist eine Zeiterscheinung, welche sich nicht so schnell ändern wird. Besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Ja, wir gehen auf die Wünsche der Mitarbeiter ein und versuchen alle Bedürfnisse unter einen Hut zu kriegen. Die Informationskultur ist bei uns offen, ehrlich und direkt. In der Regel gibt es auch kein „Schimpfis“ wenn man anständig nachfragt. Es wird vom Mitarbeiter ausdrücklich gefordert, dass er nachfragt, wenn etwas unklar ist. Ich erlebe aber öfters, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht ein Fragezeichen am Schluss einer Frage setzen, sondern ein Ausrufezeichen. Wenn man die eigentliche Frage in einem Vorwurf verpackt und seinem Gegenüber kommuniziert, fällt die Reaktion natürlich auch entsprechend aus. Dies ist nur menschlich. Wenn eine Frage, wirklich als Frage artikuliert wird, habe ich noch nie feststellen können, dass die Reaktion des Gegenübers mit „Schimpfis“ beantwortet wurde. Somit ist es eine Frage, wie man mit einem Thema umgeht und die Reaktion des Gegenübers steuert bzw. provoziert. Freundliche Grüsse Armin Häfliger CEO

Thank you very much for your evaluation. I don't take a critical view of the whole issue. Where we already provide high-quality services for our customers, the customer can judge for himself very well what he has in us. There is a reason why we on the customer and employee side have no problems. They know the facts and can judge very well what is right and what is wrong. On the other hand, it will certainly become a little more difficult in the near future to win new customers for us. But this can also be an incentive for all of us to do the work even better. In the further you write that the administration knows the problems locally too little. It is also not the task of the administration to solve the problems on site. Conversely, it is not expected that the employees at the front will solve the problems in the office and know them very well. Every employee should perform excellent quality work at his or her workplace. You can simulate the phenomenon of frustrated people with a simple game. Give every employee Fr. 100.-. as a Christmas present. How many employees do you think will say. What, only Fr.100.-! What a stingy company! The bigger a company becomes, the higher will be the number of employees who are dissatisfied with themselves and their lives. It is not surprising that there are also people who find their motivation through malicious joy.
