Wie Sie korrekterweise schreiben, bildet der GAV-Lohn die Basis. Wenn Mitarbeiter gut arbeiten und sich einsetzen, erhalten sie auch einen „Zustupf“ aus unserem Spontanprämientopf. Mit dem System der Spontanprämien können wir individuelle Leistungen auch entsprechend honorieren. Bezüglich der Kommunikation hat sich nicht viel verändert. Diese erfolgte früher schon per Telefon oder per E-Mail, was die Einsatzpläne betrifft. Da wir eine offene Kommunikationskultur pflegen haben die Informationen an die Mitarbeitenden zugenommen. Dass diese bei einem 7/24 h Betreib nicht immer persönlich durch den Chef erfolgt, sondern mit den heutigen elektronischen Mittel, ist eine Zeiterscheinung, welche sich nicht so schnell ändern wird. Besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Ja, wir gehen auf die Wünsche der Mitarbeiter ein und versuchen alle Bedürfnisse unter einen Hut zu kriegen. Die Informationskultur ist bei uns offen, ehrlich und direkt. In der Regel gibt es auch kein „Schimpfis“ wenn man anständig nachfragt. Es wird vom Mitarbeiter ausdrücklich gefordert, dass er nachfragt, wenn etwas unklar ist. Ich erlebe aber öfters, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht ein Fragezeichen am Schluss einer Frage setzen, sondern ein Ausrufezeichen. Wenn man die eigentliche Frage in einem Vorwurf verpackt und seinem Gegenüber kommuniziert, fällt die Reaktion natürlich auch entsprechend aus. Dies ist nur menschlich. Wenn eine Frage, wirklich als Frage artikuliert wird, habe ich noch nie feststellen können, dass die Reaktion des Gegenübers mit „Schimpfis“ beantwortet wurde.
