I can assure you that DARU-WACHE AG has long since arrived in 2019. Soon we will be writing the year 2020. If there was a planning software in the security sector that covered all of our requirements in terms of GAV, ArG and reimbursement of expenses and enabled interaction via app, we would have installed this software long ago. However, we will only switch over when the new software ensures complete compliance with the law, as is the case with the current software. Since I place more emphasis on legal compliance than on the ease of use for the employee, you will have to wait a little longer for the new software to be installed. Besten Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Schön, dass Sie positiv auf die DARU-WACHE AG zurückblicken, auch wenn Sie aktuell in einer anderen Firma in Ihrem angestammten Berufsfeld arbeiten. Wie Sie korrekterweise schreiben, bildet der GAV-Lohn die Basis. Wenn Mitarbeiter gut arbeiten und sich einsetzen, erhalten sie auch einen „Zustupf“ aus unserem Spontanprämientopf. Mit dem System der Spontanprämien können wir individuelle Leistungen auch entsprechend honorieren. Bezüglich der Kommunikation hat sich nicht viel verändert. Diese erfolgte früher schon per Telefon oder per E-Mail, was die Einsatzpläne betrifft. Da wir eine offene Kommunikationskultur pflegen haben die Informationen an die Mitarbeitenden zugenommen. Dass diese bei einem 7/24 h Betreib nicht immer persönlich durch den Chef erfolgt, sondern mit den heutigen elektronischen Mittel, ist eine Zeiterscheinung, welche sich nicht so schnell ändern wird. Die Informationskultur ist bei uns offen, ehrlich und direkt. In der Regel gibt es auch kein „Schimpfis“ wenn man anständig nachfragt. Es wird vom Mitarbeiter ausdrücklich gefordert, dass er nachfragt, wenn etwas unklar ist. Ich erlebe aber öfters, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht ein Fragezeichen am Schluss einer Frage setzen, sondern ein Ausrufezeichen. Wenn man die eigentliche Frage in einem Vorwurf verpackt und seinem Gegenüber kommuniziert, fällt die Reaktion natürlich auch entsprechend aus. Dies ist nur menschlich. Wenn eine Frage, wirklich als Frage artikuliert wird, habe ich noch nie feststellen können, dass die Reaktion des Gegenübers mit „Schimpfis“ beantwortet wurde.
