With regard to the suggestions for improvement, I see the issues in a slightly different light:
- You write that the hours worked were not always recorded correctly. As you know, employees have to enter the hours they have worked themselves in the planning software on their cell phone on the working day or the following day at the latest. Changes to the target time must be entered by the employee and justified in the comments field so that this justification can be sent to the customer when the invoice is issued. If this is followed as described and instructed, in theory there will be no discrepancies. However, I have actually already had a discussion with an employee who changed his working hours in the APP and typed "..." in the comments. When I explained this to him, he also realized that a customer would be unlikely to accept an invoice discrepancy if our employees wrote "..." three dots as an explanation. It is therefore essential that the modern infrastructure that we have in the DARU GROUP with our full digitization is also used correctly by the employees. And yes, if this is not done properly, the issue becomes very costly and time-consuming. This is because not only do the working hours have to be corrected by the employee, but a subsequent invoice also has to be sent to the customer. And if the customer says that these hours were not worked by our employee. Well, then we really have a problem. It is therefore extremely important that the hours are entered correctly in the APP by the employee with a detailed comment in the event of target/actual deviations.
