On a positive note, the lunch paid for by the company and the 25 vacation days are worth mentioning, even if you don't have a 100% workload. However, these points do not change the fact that the negative aspects clearly outweigh the positive ones.
This could be improved
Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience at this company. The working atmosphere is challenging, especially due to the strong micromanagement. Even small issues are unnecessarily blown out of proportion and decisions always have to be justified in detail. The management culture could be improved. Mistakes are not always dealt with transparently and are sometimes blamed on employees. This can lead to frustration in the team. Conflicts in everyday working life, for example in shared areas such as the kitchen, are not effectively moderated, which can contribute to tensions. There is also a lack of financial incentives: there is neither a 13th month's pay nor a bonus scheme. Career opportunities are limited unless you want to develop your career in a legal environment.
