This works well in the company
Very informal environment despite so many employees. You achieve a lot but it is also recognized, which is very important. The management knows about their company and is committed to the employees. The employees help each other even when things get tough. I like working here!

It's not going well. Owners very frustrated and unfriendly!
This could be improved
Very bad employers since a few years ! One works a lot, but for wage has to wait a long time.with different tricks in the wage calculation everything looks "clean" but wage comes in two parts.second part of wage comes only on the 10th next month...Terrible!
