Further training: Is supported and is possible at any time. The induction program is excellent, you get to know every single position in the company. Working atmosphere: After several years of professional experience, I have never felt so comfortable in any other company. I really appreciate the team spirit and helpfulness. Supervisors/management: If there are problems, they are discussed with you and solved in the best possible way. Company: Flexitime allows relatively flexible working hours
