I'm very much looking forward to our forthcoming company excursion: The way to the Land of German Longing leads us to the Ferrari Museum in Modena on the historical traces of Italian automobile history. We want to discover, comprehend, learn and trace what passion and enthusiasm can mean in working life and how strong emotions can contribute to achieving top performance. Travel like this can only be improved by a cross-and-cross brainstorming: in which other areas of life - not only in top-class sport - do people show again and again that top performances can be achieved? Where is the extraordinary achieved and why? This outlook is more a wish than a suggestion for improvement. ????
