What i can say everything it’s perfect everyone its nice even if you are late with your delivery

Everything perfect

The managers .... there are at least 6 or 10 of them and they all have something to say ...but nothing to improve the conditions of the couriers...

In this company the couriers are very badly treated, they ride DXP tricycles from the post office. They are put in competition with each other with a quotation system according to the activity. Timetables are published 2 weeks before and it is up to each one, according to his level, to try to catch schedules. No guarantee in the future and at the moment there is Black Friday with a lot of work but in a month's time there will be a lot of unemployed couriers who can't even go out of work. When you complain, the management will either send you a letter or not answer. They are asking for 13 deliveries per hour, in a city as congested as Geneva this is not realistic. Couriers are often asked for explanations which are obligatorily traced by the delivery app: why didn't you drive for 20 minutes: there was an extreme storm which made my driving dangerous, all the more so as I don't have any protective equipment, as I am not given it. It should be noted that this company is wholly owned by the Swiss Post.

Same Day works, company relies on big companies. Spends a lot of money, saves exactly at the lowest point (couriers)

More salary, you are treated like an animal, more efficiency!

Nothing. It's the biggest choas. The team leaders are screaming. There is pressure. People of unworthy employers.

More pay. More attractive working hours. Better communication. Better training

The decision paths are very direct. Know-how and opinions are appreciated and knowledge is collected. The hierarchies are very flat, which gives the individual employees competences. The team spirit is strong. You meet amicably, loosely and very benevolently. They're constructive with each other. You know each other well and you're not just a "number". One has the impression that everyone (mostly) likes to come to work. In addition to work, private importance is also given. This is estimated and not exploited.

A growing company has to continuously adapt its structures, which has potential for improvement at almost any point in time. New tasks are constantly being added, which sometimes require creativity and an agile way of thinking for implementation, as there is no concrete procedure for this in the company yet. However, the flexibility of the company makes such challenges exciting tasks and tickles the team spirit. You have to rework how to meet the challenge. The coffee could be better.
