Management housekeeping always friendly and took time for employees. Relatives full of understanding for us and there were some thank yous. The nuns very decent and had words of praise for us employees.

Hectic and many sick employees, or they did not even come to work because of Covid. The few who did come to work were exhausted from stress. Overtime until after midnight and coming back to work at 7 a.m. the next day was normal. No thanks from the home manager. Residents were cordial and so were the relatives. Tips had to be given to the management. There was a lot of staff turnover and the staff could hardly speak German.
